Enjoy an unforgettable summer at the world-renowned University of Cambridge. Study for between ten days and six weeks in surroundings that have inspired generations of scientists, authors, politicians, scholars, actors and explorers. Choose from over 150 courses in a wide variety of disciplines. Specialist Summer Schools in Art History, History, English Literature, Medieval Studies, Science and Shakespeare allow you to focus closely on these fields, while two multi-disciplinary Summer School programmes, Term I and Term II, enable you to select courses from a variety of subject areas to suit your own interests.

All courses are taught by leading experts in their field, from Cambridge University and beyond. The Summer Schools are open to participants over the age of 18 from any background. Participants have the opportunity to stay in one of the Cambridge Colleges, take advantage of a full programme of evening events, spend weekends visiting UK places of interest such as Windsor, Warwick and London, explore the beautiful and historic city of Cambridge and make new friends from around the world.

STUDY ABROAD AT UNIVERSITY COLLEGE NORTHAMPTON

University College Northampton is located on two spacious, safe, green campuses in Northampton – an historic, medium-sized town located in central England just one hour away from London. UCN has a student population of 10,000 and offers over 100 different degree and diploma courses. We provide excellent facilities including first-class library & IT provision, on-campus restaurants & shops and new, modern, on-campus accommodation where all study abroad students are guaranteed a place. The majority of our accommodation is single-study bedrooms with private en-suite facilities. Student Wardens are located in all Halls to provide help and support for all students.

Over 700 students from more than 100 different countries are currently studying with us and we value the richness and cultural diversity they bring to our academic community. UCN has a thriving International Students Society which arranged a regular programme of cultural and social events. With UCN’s Study Abroad Programme you can study for either the Fall semester or for a full academic year. The Institute of Irish Studies at Queen’s University Belfast is one of the leading centres for research-led teaching in Irish Studies. Queen's University, founded by Queen Victoria, has a record of academic achievement which stretches back more than 150 years.
